Aussie Hoops is one of 20 sports initiatives supported by the Federal Government through the Australian Sports Commission’s Targeted Sports Participation Growth Program. This ensures a specific Aussie Hoops coordinator is employed in each state around the country, allowing for a truely unifed program in Australia. The Australian Sports Commission have given funding for the program for a 3 year period, aiming to register 700,000 Aussie Hoops members.
